“Talent is universal, opportunity is not.”
In this short video, Anne Donovan Bodnar, CAO and Chief HR Officer at Willis Towers Watson, encourages businesses to broaden their definition of talent to include those of differing abilities including individuals on the Autism spectrum, a population who are chronically un- or under-employed in the US and globally.
She shares three strategies for success that have raised their game as an employer and remarks that their efforts towards building inclusion has strengthened overall company culture. Their employees are tremendously proud of the work they’re doing to effect societal change.
